Sunny, Pumpkin, and Sandy are employees in New Abundant Buns Company. Sunny is the chef. Pumpkin is the waitress. And Sandy is the marketing manager. However, the relationship among them is very complex. At first, Sandy and Pumpkin fall in love with each other. But the company has rule that employees cannot have affair. Thus, they keep this secret. Unfortunately, Sunny knows this secret because she follows them like a spy. The reason she follows them is that she has a crazy crush on Pumpkin. When Pumpkin understands Sunny’s feeling, Sunny is refused. So Sunny is so upset that she decides to revenge Pumpkin and Sandy. Sunny frames Pumpkin that Pumpkin steals things from the kitchen in the company. And she creates a hashtag named “PumpkinIsAThief.” Sandy wants to help Pumpkin break this rumor. But Sunny reveals their secret relationship. So Sandy and Pumpkin become helpless. Eventually, they find that actually Sunny is a serious psycho. And they call the police to arrest Sunny.

1) What surprised you about your narrative? How did you adapt?

The content surprised my about my narrative through the two reversals. One is that when Pumpkin almost break the rumor that she is a thief, Sunny reveals her another secret. Another one is that when Pumpkin is worried about her secret, people find that Sunny is a psycho. When I tries to adapt to this, I choose to be silent and wait what they are going to say.

The Rising of Free Writing

    “The Process of Writing--- Growing” tells a writer’s story about his writing process from tradition writing way, usually write after thinking, to a complete new way--- free writing. After reading it, I find that free writing is so important that it might be a main part in our writing in the future.

    If we always write after overthinking, we could not express our original emotion immediately. We might be limited in our overthinking. For example, as for me, I used to ask myself: “it is OK if I write this way?” when I was writing. My writing might be more beautiful if I change my words to another, which I think is more proper. However, I lose my original feelings about writing. So for this point, I think free writing is a need of life because writing’s purpose ought to service us to learn things continuously and enjoy life. In our daily life, a large amount of writing needs our feeling, thinking, and emotion. If we cannot express these truly, then what is the point we write? 

    In my opinion, we should learn four things. First of all, let our emotions out and write what we want to say. Second, let our mind open without limitation and write what we think. Moreover, we should observe our surroundings carefully and write what we see. Last but not least, we ought to experience life and write what we do. That is the meaning of free writing.

    Overall, free writing is more suitable for us because free writing is a perfect way to express real features of people and a best approach to improve our writing level. We cannot deny the increasing importance of free writing.

We can make words funny to attract more people like popular vloggers use in videos. And generally, these words are always beyond common ideas and regulations in people’s mind. People like to be exciting. That is also the reason they choose to focus on funny videos instead of normal videos. If we use this kind of talking way in our Twitter Narrative, I believe there must a lot people follow us. In addition, by using funny words, our narrative will become more vivid.

I can combine visual, audio, and print to create a layered narrative in my Twitter narrative. For instance, if I just write a lot of words and do not give the evidence, the audience will hardly believe what I say. So at this moment, I can offer some pictures to proof my ideas. And perhaps an audio also can be considered as a strong argument to support my writing. In addition, I can use the mixtures of visual or audio and print, because sometimes I cannot explain my ideas very accurately. And some pictures and audios can make what I want to say just more concise and easier to understand.
